Response To "OY, A.I"

Jaron Lanier uses the "Golden Calf" as a metaphor to warn us that we often create powerful systems such as AI, and we forget they are just human-made tools. We start to treat them as perfect, which is like worshipping a statue we built ourselves. Which I kind of feel like it is dangerous because it hides the human biases and debates behind them. Therefore, a solution for that is to model our systems after the Talmud, which shows all its human arguments and contributors, instead of pretending to be a single, flawless source of truth like a golden calf.

Reflection On AI Tools Experience

Overall, I thought using the AI tools to generate an entire website was both fun and easier. It was impressive to see how fast a website html can be generated, but it turned out not like the exact description I provided detailly in the AIchatbox. I learned that you have to work section by section, check it everytime and see if it's how you want it. Because I notice that most of the time they will misunderstand what the prompt is asking for, especially when provide a lot of details in the chatbox at once. However, using AI can help me save time and so much problems. Therefore, for my future websites, I will use these AI tools to help me build my websites.
